These terms apply to your use of wyntercomfort.com, including the free website gap assessment and booking a call. Wynter Comfort is a website design and conversion practice operated by Wynter Comfort in Michigan, United States. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about Wynter Comfort’s services, run the website gap assessment, and get in touch. Please don’t:

• Use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone.
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Use bots, scripts or other automated tools to run the gap assessment or collect content from the site.

The website gap assessment

The gap assessment is a free, automated check. It looks at the public homepage and public settings of the website address you enter, along with speed and accessibility results from Google PageSpeed Insights. It does not log in to any site or look at anything that isn’t publicly available.

• It’s general information, not professional advice. The report is produced automatically and may miss issues, flag something that isn’t a problem, or change from one run to the next. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a full audit or a guarantee of results.
• Only check websites you own or have permission to check. You’re responsible for the address you enter.
• No guarantees. Following the report doesn’t guarantee more traffic, leads, rankings or sales.
• It may be limited or unavailable. We may limit how often the assessment can be run, or change or stop offering it at any time.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Google Calendar. Booking a call doesn’t create a contract or commit you to any paid work. Any project or paid service is agreed separately in writing, and that agreement’s terms apply to the work.

Content and ownership

The content on this site, including text, images, logos, case studies, and the design of the site and the gap assessment, belongs to Wynter Comfort or is used with permission. You may share links to the site and keep your own gap assessment report for your business. You may not copy, republish or sell the site’s content without written permission.

Client names, logos and results shown on this site belong to their owners and are shown with permission.

Other websites and services

This site links to and uses services run by others, such as Google, Cloudflare, Crisp and Web3Forms. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer

This site, the gap assessment and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wynter Comfort makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wynter Comfort is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or the gap assessment, or from decisions you make based on them. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

If these terms change, the revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
